The South Lake Union neighborhood is just blocks from the most popular attractions in Downtown Seattle, including the Museum of History & Industry, the Space Needle, Key Arena, the Queen Anne neighborhood and the Pacific Science Center. The Seattle-Tacoma International Airport is approximately 17 miles north of the meeting location.

The Allen Institute is a short, 4 minute, walk from the Courtyard Seattle Downtown/Lake Union. However, bringing a rain jacket and/or umbrella is a good idea, given Seattle's climate.
