Important Travel and Transportation Information

Air Transportation

Dublin Airport (DUB), Kerry Airport (KIR), Shannon Airport (SNN) and Cork Airport (ORK) are all identified by the venue as being viable airports to fly into.  Please read the Ground Transportation information carefully as it is quite logistical to organize a shared ride through the INEC.

If you need to book your air travel, Keystone Symposia has partnered with United Airlines to offer participants with a discount on airfare.  Please email info@keystonesymposia.org for discount code and information.  MileagePlus members earn Premier Qualifying Dollars and miles for their travel.

Ground Transportation

A transportation partner has been secured for Keystone Symposia for group/shared airport transfers (delegates own expense) to and from

  1. Shannon Airport (SNN)
    2. Cork Airport (ORK)
    3. Kerry Airport (KIR)

***Please note - Subject to Flight Schedules and Delegate interest and sign ups.***

Travel is not offered from Dublin International Airport as it is more cost effective to use air/public transport links.

Register your interest in shared/group travel by 11th September 2020 complete with your arrival and departure flight details and airport to transport@killarneyconventioncentre.ie. Your name will be added to a transport manifest for the conference. Once this is completed and after the deadline of September 11 passes, a transportation coordinator will contact you within a few days with an exact transport cost and pick up times to and from your arrival and departure airport.

Please note it is not possible to quote delegates an accurate transport cost before September 16 to and from airports with pick up times until the transport manifest is complete. With significant sign ups by delegates, the hope is that transport costs can be greatly reduced per delegate and cost-effective transport offered from Cork, Kerry and Shannon Airports only.

For those that are interested in arranging their own ground transportation to/from Dublin, Kerry, Cork and Shannon either via private taxi or public transportation options, please refer to this this document for a complete list of information.

Please allow sufficient time in advance of the meeting for processing of all necessary documentation.

Be sure to confirm air and hotel arrangements at least 24 hours in advance of departure. As a reminder, never leave your wallet and passport unattended while traveling, and have photocopies of all identification and credit cards in case of theft or loss.
