Centrally located in Boston's historic Back Bay, Fairmont Copley Plaza sits steps away from the Boston Public Library, historic Beacon Hill, and the Freedom Trail. The historic landmark Back Bay hotel is located only a few blocks from the Hynes Convention Center, Copley Place Mall and the boutiques of Newbury Street.

It is not necessary to have a vehicle for this meeting.  The very convenient and cost friendly, Logan Express Back Bay will get you from and to the airport.  The Conference Center is located within the same building as the guest rooms.  Finally, you will be within walking distance of countless restaurants, shops, art, cultural and entertainment venues.

The Fairmont Copley Plaza is located within the downtown area and charges a significant fee for parking.
Food & Dining in Boston
The food included will be:
  • a buffet breakfast each day of the meeting except departure day
  • coffee breaks
  • Social Hour with light snacks during poster sessions
The food offered varies by site. Menus of the daily food offered, as well as menus for area restaurants, when available, will be posted on-site. Social Hour is provided in order to give attendees an opportunity to socialize, enjoy a light snack and participate in the poster session. Limited seating is available.

For all medical emergencies, call 911. The medical services and centers below are the closest in proximity to the conference location. 

The Massachusetts General Hospital is about 2 miles away from the Fairmont Copley.  It is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and has an emergency room.

American Family Care Urgent Care in Back Bay is about a block away from the Fairmont Copley.  Open 8:00 am - 8:00 pm, 7 days a week.
