Keystone Resort, only a 90-minute drive from Denver International Airport, is a year-round comprehensive resort spanning seven miles along the Snake River and nestled in the White River National Forest. Keystone offers a variety of exciting and relaxing experiences for attendees and their families and guests, including over 3,000 acres for skiing and snowboarding, a tubing hill, a Nordic Center for snowshoeing, cross country and skate skiing, and a 5-acre lake for ice skating. Keystone Lodge has a beautifully renovated spa with ten treatment rooms, a relaxation room, and two spa locker rooms. Relax in an indoor or outdoor hot tub, or take a vigorous swim in one of the heated swimming pools. For casual or fine dining, choose from over 25 restaurants located within walking distance of most lodging. A complimentary resort shuttle provides access to all attraction, activity and dining options located on-site.

Keystone Resort accommodations are located at various distances from the Conference Center. A complimentary shuttle is available for transportation to and from the Conference Center and everywhere within the resort property. Some lodging locations require use of the resort shuttle, while others are within walking distance. Distances between the lodging locations and the Conference Center are:

--- Gateway Mountain Lodge - 1.75 miles

Venue/Resort Map

Please use the Keystone Resort Interactive Map to help plan you lodging, meals, travel to and from the conference center and free time.  There are regularly scheduled resort shuttles that will bring you to and from the conference center.  More information available onsite. 

Parking Information
All Keystone Resort lodging accommodations provide guest parking with one complimentary spot per unit. Please contact the property you booked with to identify parking suitable to your needs.  Guests staying at the Keystone Lodge and Spa or Lakeside Condos will get a parking pass to park in the Keystone Lodge Parking Lot, which is adjacent to the conference center.  

Free day parking is available at the Keystone Conference Center. Park in the upper Tenderfoot Parking Lot. It is not a parking lot for skiers.  

Shuttles are available throughout Keystone Resort.  You can call 970-496-4200 to check the status of a shuttle or request a pick up.  
Food & Dining in Keystone
The food included will be:
  • a buffet breakfast each day of the meeting except departure day
  • coffee breaks
  • Social Hour with light snacks during poster sessions
The food offered varies by site. Menus of the daily food offered, as well as menus for area restaurants, when available, will be posted on-site. Social Hour is provided in order to give attendees an opportunity to socialize, enjoy a light snack and participate in the poster session. Limited seating is available.

Please be aware that this conference will take place at an elevation well above sea level!

Pro tip! If you’re planning to attend a meeting at Keystone Resort, getting an Epic Pass or Day Pass in advance will save you 50-60% off ticket window pricing. Plus, there are some extra perks like food and retail discounts, and it will save you time at the resort.

If you’re looking to make the most of your time on the mountain, here’s a quick rundown:

  1. Season Pass: Ideal if you plan to ski or ride for 8+ days throughout the season. This pass offers access to multiple resorts, giving you flexibility and value.
  2. Keystone 4-Pack: Perfect for those who plan to visit Keystone specifically. It’s a great deal if you’re focusing on this resort, and spending a extra days.
  3. 1-7 Day Pass: Offers the best price for those not extending a trip or skiing in addition to your meeting dates. You can customize it for peak or non-peak days and choose which resorts you want access to, tailoring your experience to your schedule and preferences.

Epic Pass products will no longer be available for purchase after December 2, 2024. After this date, you will only be able to buy tickets at the window or through onsite discounts, which will be less favorable.  There will be no discounts at Breckenridge Resort onsite. 

Please note that Epic Passes are non-refundable. If you plan to ski this winter, purchasing an Epic Pass now is the most cost-effective option for Keystone and Breckenridge.  Enjoy your time on the slopes and at your meeting!

An EMT is on site at the conference center and can check you out if you are feeling unwell.  Ask onsite or banquet staff for assistance.
