Self-parking and valet parking at Fairmont Banff Springs are available for a fee. Complimentary charging available for electric vehicles.
Food & Dining in Banff
The food included will be:
- a buffet breakfast each day of the meeting except departure day
- coffee breaks
- Social Hour with light snacks during poster sessions
The food offered varies by site. Make sure to bring your own (or buy onsite) snacks for in between meals. Menus of the daily food offered, as well as menus for area restaurants, when available, will be posted on-site. Social Hour is provided in order to give attendees an opportunity to socialize, enjoy a light snack and participate in the poster session. Limited seating is available.

White Mountain Adventures specializes in adventure tours, and offers Keystone attendees a discount on ice walks, snowshoeing and wildlife-watching tours. Please follow the advice on the website regarding what to wear and expect on your adventure.

Skiing
SkiBig3 is pleased to offer discounted Lift Tickets to all Keystone Symposia attendees and their guests, which is guaranteed to satisfy everyone. TBD discount link. Please book at least 72 hours, before your arrival, in order for your lift tickets to be delivered to your hotel. There is a 3-day booking window for all products. Discount will not be available within 3 days of ski date.
Rentals
Chateau Mountain Sports offers Keystone Symposia attendees a 10% discount on all rentals and gets you to the ski hill early by offering to fit you for your gear the night before! Attendees must present valid Keystone Symposia ID Badge in order to receive the discount on site but advance reservations are recommended. When making an advanced reservation you can mention you are a Keystone Symposia attendee in the comments field, however, payment is taken in store, so that is the best time to mention Keystone.

Fairmont Banff Springs - Willow Stream Spa, 403-762-1772, offers a wide variety of spa and treatment services for guests. Facilities include access to steam, sauna and inhalation rooms, mineral and whirlpools, lap pool, outdoor heated pool and locker facilities.
Spa facilities and services are available from 8 am - 8 pm daily.

Fitness Center
Guests have complimentary access to fitness center which is open daily, 24/7. Scheduled group fitness & yoga classes are also available daily. The Fairmont also offers complimentary group fitness classes such as High Altitude Intensity, Circuit Training and Muscle conditioning. Reservations are required and can be made here.
Bowling
Located onsite at the Fairmont Banff Springs, Bowl Valley is a 5-pin bowling alley complete with full licensed bar. Prices start at CAD $89 per lane, per hour for up to 7 guests and include shoe rental. In-house guests receive a 20% discount for bowling rates. Reservations are required and can be made here.
Hotel History Walking Tour and More
Learn about the beginnings of Banff National Park, and the Banff Springs Hotel. This 30-minute tour is led by a Fairmont guide and will take you through a brief but fascinating history of the area. Registration is required. Guests of the Fairmont will be alerted through email, shortly before arrival with instructions on registering for any of the hotel activities/tours. Additional programs include crafts, paint & sip, treasure hunt, bingo, geocaching, trivia and much more.
