Tip #3

It is not necessary to have a car in Monaco, in fact, parking is an additional cost.  There is a train station about 1 km from the hotel which serves regional areas.  The Fairmont Monte Carlo is also walking distance to many shops and restaurants and attractions.

Parking Information

Parking is available at the hotel, 24-hours per day:

  • €60 per night with in/out privileges   
  • €20 per day for visitor parking
Food & Dining in Monte Carlo

The food included will be:

  • A buffet breakfast each day of the meeting except departure day
  • Coffee breaks
  • Lunch during poster sessions

It is recommended to bring your own snacks for during the day.  The food offered varies by site. Menus of the daily food offered, as well as menus for area restaurants, when available, will be posted on-site.

General Childcare

The hotel offers multilingual childcare services and this can be arranged through Housekeeping / Concierge teams. All babysitters have been carefully trained and provide reliable childcare services.  Contact the concierge through your hotel booking. 

Rates:

  • 1H = 25 euros with a minimum 3-hour service, for 1 or 2 children
  • 1H = 35 euros for hours after midnight, on Sunday and bank holidays, for 1 or 2 children
  • 1H = 35 euros for 3 children during day time hours
  • 1H = 45 euros for 3 children for hours after midnight, on Sunday and bank holidays
