Important Travel and Transportation Information

Air Transportation

Dublin Airport (DUB), Kerry Airport (KIR), Shannon Airport (SNN) and Cork Airport (ORK) are all identified by the venue as being viable airports to fly into.  Please read the Ground Transportation information carefully as it is quite logistical to organize a shared ride through the INEC.

If you need to book your air travel, Keystone Symposia has partnered with United Airlines to offer participants with a discount on airfare.  Please email info@keystonesymposia.org for discount code and information.  MileagePlus members earn Premier Qualifying Dollars and miles for their travel.

Ground Transportation

Shared Shuttle Transport

Killarney Convention Centre offers ground transportation support for Keystone Symposia delegates staying in the conference hotel only – The Gleneagle Hotel & Apartments – for individual, group/shared airport transfers (delegates own expense) from and to –

  1. Shannon Airport (SNN)
  2. Cork Airport (ORK)
  3. Kerry Airport (KIR)

Register your interest in individual, shared/group travel by 10th of February, 2025, complete with your name, arrival and departure flight details and airport to groundtransport@killarneyconventioncentre.ie  Your name will then be added to a transport manifest for the Conference. Once this is completed after the cut-off time of 10th of February, 2025 a transport coordinator will contact you within a few days with an exact airport transfer cost and pick up times from and to your arrival and departure airport. Please note: it is not possible to quote delegates an accurate transport cost before 10th of February, 2025 from/to airports with pick up times until the transport manifest is complete. With significant uptake by delegates the hope is that transfer costs can be greatly reduced per delegate and cost-effective transfers offered from/to Cork, Kerry and Shannon Airports only.
