Important Message for Meeting Attendees
Please be advised that some meeting participants have received calls and emails from a number of different housing services, including Exhibitors Housing Services, Expo Housing Services, Global Housing, etc. THESE COMPANIES ARE NOT AFFILIATED WITH KEYSTONE SYMPOSIA and are not authorized by Keystone Symposia to contact you. These companies may tell you that the meeting is filling, without any actual knowledge to that effect, and pressure you into giving them your credit card number to make a lodging reservation with them. We highly recommend that you not make a reservation with these companies or any other housing service! These companies' representations to participants have been misleading. Please report any calls or correspondence you might have received to Keystone Symposia and book only through lodging links in your Keystone Symposia account, an established travel agency or directly with the hotel(s) listed on our website.

In order to foster the collaborative nature of this conference and to facilitate networking opportunities, we STRONGLY ENCOURAGE all speakers and attendees to stay on property and for the entirety of the conference! Due to a large conference preceding our own, there is no room availability before September 17 and guests should not expect to check in early on that day either.
All taxes and fees are included in the below price. Also, all meals starting with dinner on the day of check in and concluding with lunch on departure day are included in the rate. When booking please indicate your dietary restrictions on the appropriate page and be accurate with the number or people that will be in room. Those wishing to stay at properties outside of the Asilomar Hotel will have to pay separately for their meals as it is included in the lodging rate. Please email our attendee services by Friday, August 30 to coordinate that transaction (info@keystonesymposia.org). No orders will be allowed after this date as the venue requests final numbers this far in advance. No individual meals will be available on site the day of as daily packages must be purchased ahead of time.
The total value of your reservation will be charged on the credit card on file within 24 hours of your booking. A full refund, less a service charge of $100 per person is given for cancellations received by August 14, 2024. Regrettably, no refunds can be made for cancellations received on or after August 15, 2024.
PLEASE NOTE: Conference lodging for our attendees is only held until August 3, 2024 at which time the hotel rooms are released to the general public. Once released to the public we cannot guarantee availability or the discounted rate! HOWEVER, DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THIS DATE TO BOOK YOUR LODGING! Please book as soon as possible as our conference lodging MAY still sell out before this date!
**If you are attempting to book lodging for dates OUTSIDE of the conference using the above link and are getting a “Sold Out” response, please call the resort directly to make your reservation. The dates might be available, however the link may not accept dates outside of the conference.
