Please be advised that some meeting participants have received calls and emails from a number of different housing services, including "Exhibitors Housing Services," “Expo Housing Services,” "Global Housing," etc. THESE COMPANIES ARE NOT AFFILIATED WITH KEYSTONE SYMPOSIA and are not authorized by Keystone Symposia to contact you. These companies may tell you that the meeting is filling, without any actual knowledge to that effect, and pressure you into giving them your credit card number to make a lodging reservation with them.

Travel and Transportation



Due to the constantly changing nature of travel, we urge people to research their own travel requirements. This includes Passport and Visa requirements, documentation for re-entry into country of residence and any other identification needed. Please allow sufficient time in advance of the meeting for processing of all necessary documentation.

Be sure to confirm air and hotel arrangements at least 24 hours in advance of departure. As a reminder, never leave your wallet and passport unattended while traveling, and have photocopies of all identification and credit cards in case of theft or loss.

If you have a layover in China, you most likely will need to get a visa (even if it is less than 24 hours, depending on the country of origin) Please see this website for further information on visas when traveling through China.

Foreign nationals entering Korea were generally required to have a valid passport and a Korean visa assigned by overseas branch of Korean embassy or consular offices. However, many passport holders are now permitted a visa-free entry for a limited period under certain conditions.
