Please allow sufficient time in advance of the meeting for processing of all necessary documentation.

Be sure to confirm air and hotel arrangements at least 24 hours in advance of departure. As a reminder, never leave your wallet and passport unattended while traveling, and have photocopies of all identification and credit cards in case of theft or loss.

Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) is the recommended airport for this conference. For specific airport information, visit Hong Kong International Airport.



The most efficient and cost effective method of getting to the conference facilities and host hotel for the conference is via the Airport Express Train. It leaves every 7 minutes between 05:54 and 23:28 and every 12 minutes outside those hours. It takes you directly from HKIA to Hong Kong Island Main station in about 30 minutes with only 2 other stops. Cost is only $115 HKD (approx $15 USD). From the Hong Kong Island Main Station, we recommend a taxi to the venue or hotel.

Taxis are also available directly from the airport to the conference location and host hotel. As there are several types and colors of taxis that signify various routes, the red urban taxis will take you to desitnations throughout Hong Kong.
