The Westin Washington, D.C. City Center is a vibrant D.C. hotel that captures Washington, D.C.'s dynamic spirit. Both the Washington Convention Center and the White House are 5 blocks away from our Washington, D.C. hotel, served by two metro stations: McPherson Square on the Blue/Orange lines and Farragut North on the Red line. Our urban retreat features the Westin brand’s signature services and amenities, designed to transform every aspect of a stay into a revitalizing experience.

    The Conference Center is located within the same building as the guest rooms. It is not necessary to walk outdoors to reach the Conference Center.

Parking Information:

The Westin Washington DC City Center is located within the downtown core and charges a $59 fee for parking.


The food included will be:
  • a buffet breakfast each day of the meeting except departure day
  • coffee breaks
  • Social Hour with light snacks during poster sessions
The food offered varies by site. Menus of the daily food offered, as well as menus for area restaurants, when available, will be posted on-site. Social Hour is provided in order to give attendees an opportunity to socialize, enjoy a light snack and participate in the poster session. Limited seating is available.

Clothing Note:

The meetings are "resort casual" in dress (khakis, jeans, casual shirts, sweaters). Even if you are not participating in outdoor activities, we suggest you bring clothes appropriate for local weather temperatures. Clothes that can be layered, for use both indoors and outdoors, will work best.
