Please be advised that a few meeting participants have received calls and emails from a number of different housing services - "Exhibitors Housing Services", "Global Housing", etc. THESE COMPANIES ARE NOT AFFILIATED WITH KEYSTONE SYMPOSIA and are not authorized by Keystone Symposia to contact you. These companies may tell you that the meeting is filling and seek to take your lodging reservation and obtain your credit card number. We highly recommend that you not make a reservation with these companies or any other housing service! These companies' representations to participants have been misleading. Please report to Keystone Symposia any calls or correspondence you might have received and book only through the lodging link on our website, an established travel agency, or directly with the hotel.

Keystone Symposia has received funding from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation to subsidize a limited number of registration fees for local scientists, students and post-doctoral associates to attend and participate in this Keystone Symposia conference.

Who can Apply: Scientists, students and post-doctoral fellows residing and working in the local region. This money is intended to enable individuals with financial need to attend the meeting who would not otherwise be able to participate. This support is for registration fees only. The awardee must arrange for their own transportation, accommodation and food expenses.

How to Apply: Send an email to awards@keystonesymposia.org with the following information: Name, Occupation, Degree, Institute, Area of Research or study, and a short statement explaining why attending this meeting would benefit your research, training, or career goals.

Deadline: Midnight US Mountain Time (MST) on July 18, 2017
